The Cooper Ornithological Society will hold its 75th annual meeting 15-18 June 2005 in Arcata, CA at Humboldt State University.

The 75th annual meeting will be held in Arcata, California, on the beautiful Humboldt State University campus, about 275 miles north of San Francisco. On-campus lodging will be in residence halls nestled among the redwoods on the edge of a 200-acre forest that includes miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Guestrooms on campus are available as singles or doubles and meals are provided in a common dining area, making it easy to connect with friends and colleagues. All scientific and social events are within easy walking distance of on-campus residency, so a rental car should not be necessary. Arcata is located on Humboldt Bay and is well known for its picturesque surroundings, birding hot spots, and innovative wastewater treatment facilities that provide excellent wildlife habitat.

*Abstracts will be accepted 15 Feb - 15 April 2005*
