History
of the ITEPP Curriculum Resource Center
The beginnings of the ITEPP
Curriculum Resource Center (CRC) can be traced back to the establishment
of ITEPP in 1969. Copies of the textbooks, articles, journals, and other
curricular materials required for the American Indian education courses
were collected over the years and housed at ITEPP in Spidell House #85. In
1995 the collection was moved from Spidell House #85 to Hopkins House #83
and the Curriculum Resource Center was created.
The CRC has over 5000 books, videos, microfilm, and periodicals on about
or by Native American peoples.
HSU students,
faculty, staff and the community at large are more than welcome to use our
materials.
Come in and check us out, we are more than happy to help you find what
you are looking for.
