Session III-3 (Friday, March 2 @ 2:00 – 5:00)
Using the Enneagram as a Tool for Effective Teaching
The Enneagram is an ancient personality system that not only explains why we behave the way we do, but also points to specific directions and strategies for growth. The main objective of this presentation is to give an overview of the Enneagram as a tool for increasing the effectiveness of teaching. The Enneagram can also be a tool to help students learn, relate more effectively to others and explore majors and careers. Examples, small group discussion and activities will help participants connect to the material.
