Secondary Education Application

Orientation meetings for the SED Program are held on the HSU campus in October, November and December to explain each component of the application and offer admission assistance. Application packets are available at these meetings. For dates, times, and locations of SED Orientation meetings, click here. Applications may be downloaded or requested by mail.

NOTE: Application forms for the 2008-2009 academic year are currently being prepared and will be available to download or pick up at the end of September 2007.

Before the February 1st deadline: Complete and return two complete application packets (one permanent file copy and a photocopy to travel to the subject area committee and the interviewing school district) to:
