Mentor Teacher
Professional Development Program

In recognition of the support provided by mentor teachers in their work with the elementary, secondary, and special education credential candidates, Humboldt State University offers mentor teachers the opportunity to register for one of the graduate classes in the Master of Arts in Education program. Registration occurs through Extended Education at a significantly reduced rate ($40 per unit). Participants in the program are able to be involved in graduate level professional development and to sample a class in the M.A. in Education Program.

This program is open to current mentor teachers only. Registration is contingent upon class size and requires instructor approval.
