REGISTERING FOR THE STUDIO SCHOOL

All students 5-18 years of age are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is encouraged. Students are enrolled on a first-come first-served basis.

Parents may pre-register students in person, by mail or by phone. Tuition is due in full upon registration.

REGISTER IN PERSON for classes at the Open House on Sat., Feb. 7, noon-2 p.m., HSU Art Dept., room 24.

Download REGISTRATION FORM or pick one up outside the Humboldt State University Art Dept. office, room 121A, or at HSU Extended Education, 2nd floor, Student & Business Services building. Mail completed registration form with full tuition payment to:

FEES (per term/per child): LEVEL I through LEVEL IV: $95.    LEVEL V: $110.

NOTE: There is an additional charge of $5 for optional individual HSU library card or sticker.

REFUND POLICY: Full tuition will be refunded if a session is cancelled by the school or registration is mailed for a session that is full. Full refunds are not available after classes begin. Any withdrawal or dismissal prior to the third week of classes will entitle the parent to a 50% refund. Withdrawals or dismissals after the third week are not refundable.
