The Office for Research & Graduate Studies

Graduate education is an increasingly important component of the life long education of Americans. More people are going on for graduate degrees following completion of the baccalaureate, more employers are requiring advanced, specialized training for their workers, and more people are re-entering school to advance or change their careers.

Humboldt State University offer MA, MBA, and MS degrees. Program deadlines and application requirements vary from program to program. If you have specific questions that pertain directly to the program in which you are applying to, please contact them directly, as they would be better able to assist you.

The Office for Research & Graduate Studies actively promotes graduate education. Our office provides assistance to graduate students, faculty and staff, from the beginning of the application process to the culminating experience (graduation).

The Office of Graduate Studies is dedicated to providing quality service in an efficient, professional, and ethical manner. Therefore, we strive to uphold the policies of the institution by communicating effectively and respectfully with students, faculty, and members of the community while preserving the academic integrity of the university and the right to privacy of the student.

We preserve a vision of excellence through hard work and high standards. We are here to answer your questions and to offer assistance in any way we can.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; we are closed during the noon hour.
