Mission
Address professional development issues for information technology staff initially, perhaps broadening the scope to all staff at a later date. Activities will be directed in four areas:
- Identify professional development needs of the campus IT community.
- Identify opportunities to fulfill those needs.
- Explore resources available to pay for skill development.
- Develop a structure which will address continuing professional development.
