HSU User Name and Password
Accounts and Passwords
Click Here to access the WebReg login to activate, change or verify the password for your HSU User Name. Log in using your 9-digit HSU ID and PIN. If this is the first time you've logged in, your PIN is your Birth Month and Year (MMYYYY). After you log in:
- Read the statement and click I Agree to the conditions of use.
- In the Set HSU User Name Password box type in a new password. Retype it to confirm.
- Click the Set Password button. A confirmation message will be displayed.

If you're already in Banner you can navigate to the HSU User Name activation site:
- Select Electronic Services (including Email).
- Select Verify/Change HSU User Name and Password.

Secure Passwords - Information on how to create a secure password that you can remember.
Multiple Account Owners - Special accounts that are not assigned to a specific HSU ID, for example accounts used by campus clubs, class projects and so on, use this multiple account activation form.
Tips and Information
- If you are unable to obtain your HSU User Name after submitting the form at least twice, please call (707) 826-4357 for assistance.
- To log on to an account, you must enter your HSU User Name in lower case letters.
- If you forget your HSU User Name or Password, follow the instructions above to access your WebReg account.
