Anti-virus software is specifically designed to detect and prevent viruses. It is important that you have current anti-virus software installed on your computer to protect you and others on the network from viruses. Beginning in Spring 2008, you will be required to have up-to-date anti-virus software intalled prior to connecting to the campus network.
The following anti-virus software packages are recognized as meeting the requirements for the campus network.
