UG = Undergraduate  
GR = Graduate  
EE = Extended Education  
   

CLASS - Student's Classification

FR = Freshman SR = Senior
SO = Sophomore GR = Graduate
JR = Junior EE = Extended Education
   
   

RATE - Special Program Codes for Fee Assessment

60MAT = Over 60 Program - Matriculated
60NON = Over 60 Program - Non Matriculated
HSCON = High School Concurrent
IV = Intrasystem Visitor
IVCON = Intrasystem Concurrent - Incoming
NSAIT = NSE Plan A - Incoming One Term
NSAIY = NSE Plan A - Incoming/Year
NSAOT = NSE Plan A - Outgoing One Term
NSAOY = NSE Plan A - Outgoing/Year
NSBIT = NSE Plan B - Incoming One Term
NSBIY = NSE Plan B - Incoming/Year
NSBOT = NSE Plan B - Outgoing One Term
NSBOY = NSE Plan B - Outgoing/Year
SFWM = State Fee Waiver - Matriculated
SFWNM = State Fee Waiver - Non Matriculated
   

MAJOR 1 - Primary Major of Student

MAJOR 2 - Secondary Major of Student

DEGREE OBJ 1/2 - Degree Objective Relating to Major 1 or 2

0 = Post-baccalaureate  
000000 = Degree Not Declared
BA = Bachelor of Arts  
BS = Bachelor of Science
CERTST = Certificate of Study
MA = Master of Arts  
MBA = Master of Business Administration
MFA = Master of Fine Arts
MS = Master of Science  
PBCRED = Post-baccalaureate/Credential
   

MATH - Math code used to determine eligibility for registration

00 = Must take ELM before registering
01 = ELM Exempt-Pending verification documentation
02 = Need ELM prior to taking MATH courses
03 = ELM Exempt-Unofficial documentation in OEM
04 = ELM taken, non-HSU remediation in progress
05 = ELM results pending
10 = Must take Math 40 this term
20 = Must take Math 40 or 42 this term
30 = Must take Math 44 or 103I/math 43 this term
40 = GE Math needed  
41 = GE Math completed with a D grade
45 = GE Math completed  
48 = GE Math completed; possible higher math code: needs Math Dept. review.
50 = Math 115 or equiv completed
65 = GE Math/Calculus completed
   

ENGL - English code used to determine eligibility for registration

00 = Must take EPT before registering
01 = EPT Exempt-Pending verification documentation
02 = Need EPT prior to taking ENGL courses
03 = EPT Exempt-Unofficial documentation in OEM
04 = EPT taken, non-HSU remediation in progress
05 = EPT results pending
10 = Must take Engl 40  
20 or 30 = Must take Engl 100I
40 = Eligible for Engl 100
45 = Must take Engl 200="SP/RP"received in Engl 100/100i course
55 or 60= Has Met Engl 100 Requirement
 

GWPE - Graduating Writing Proficiency Exam

(Must have met ENGL 100 requirement and be junior classification to register for exam)
Blank = Test not yet taken
P = Has met GWPE requirement OR student is enrolled in graudate program & test not required
   
   

ACAD STAN - Academic Standing for the Student

00 = Good Standing  
DQ = Academic Disqualification
P1-P4 = Probation (number indicates classification)
PG = Probation - Graduate
RE = Reinstated from Academic Disqualification
