This project will renovate the existing Field House into a multi-purpose activity space and add a fitness center to the south of the Field House. The completed project will include approximately 29,000 square feet of renovated field house space, and an approximately 9,800 square foot wellness center. The completed facility will be operated by the Associated Students in cooperation with the Physical Education Department and Athletics. While the majority of the building operating hours will be assigned to student recreation, it will also serve as academic space for foul weather field space for outdoor class activities, weight training, and other fitness related academic programs.
