This project will replace and repair select systems (Group One Equipment, finishes and services.) Construction of the Science Building was completed in January 1969. As a result of its age, the systems are no longer adequate for a CSU facility.

The project will complete the following:
  • Replace environmental chambers
  • Replace autoclave
  • Classrooms 133 & 135

  • Replace fixed seating, lighting and ceiling system

  • Improve HVAC, floor coverings and paint
  • Replace generator and distribute emergency power to each floor level
  • Replace older fume hoods and reseal existing ducting
  • Replace public space floor coverings
