Records Retention & Disposition

In compliance with CSU Executive Order 1031, Humboldt policy Executive Memorandum P09-02 requires the annual purging and disposition of business records and information, as outlined in the CSU Records Retention and Disposition Schedules. This policy covers all business related records and information, regardless of the media in which they were created including hard copy, electronic copy, email, voicemail, instant message, website content, sound recording, etc.

Department Chairs: Please complete the below Curriculum Accreditation Records Disposition Form and forward it to your College office by July 1 each year.

The final disposition schedule and certification statement signed by the College Dean must be submitted to Academic Programs, Undergraduate and Graduate Studies office by July 15.
