About PS Finance
With the beginning of the 2004-05 fiscal year, the new campus accounting information system is PeopleSoft Finance, as provided by CSU’s Common Management Systems project (CMS).
All reporting for PS Finance will be provided online. No printed reports will be distributed.
Access
To apply for access:
- Fill out and submit a PS Finance Access Request Form. Be sure to include your administrator's signature.
- It is your responsibility to obtain training through any combination of Web self-study, peer assistance, or scheduled classes (see Training below).
Training
Training Guides for requisition entry are available on the Procurement website.
Training classes for Finance inquiry and reporting are offered on a recurring basis. See the Training Website for details.
