Hours:

The Arcata Marsh and Interpretive Center, staffed by a city naturalist supplemented by FOAM volunteers, is open seven days a week, except major holidays. The Interpretive Center hours of operation are as follows:

Tours:

Tours of the Marsh lead by FOAM docents occur every Saturday at 2 p.m. The tours depart from the Interpretive Center, rain or shine. The Redwood Region Audubon Society leads a weekly bird walk, leaving every Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from the South I street parking lot.

Directions

The Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary can be accessed from South I, H, and G street in Arcata. The Interpretive Center is the light brown building located at (Figure 3):
