Your Degree, Your Interests
We offer three undergraduate Art emphases: Art Studio, Art History and Art Education. We also offer a Certificate in Art Museum and Gallery Practices and an Art Minor with concentrations in Art Studio and Art History.
Our mission is to provide students with a thorough grounding in the practice, language, theory, and history of the visual arts in order to prepare them for careers in art, museums, education, business, and daily life. We train our students in sound technique and prepare them to address issues, ethics, history, and culture with a unique and personal vision.

The Foundry - our 6,132 square foot facility casts between 4,000 and 6,000 pounds of bronze and aluminum yearly.

The Ceramics Lab - we have an 8,500 square foot ceramics facility including two kiln rooms, a glaze room, and an outdoor area kiln for raku firings.
