Doctor James O'TooleWe invite you to join us at Dr. James O'Toole presentation of "What Corporate Executives can do to help the U.S. out of the Financial Mess".

The presentation will be on Friday, March 6th at the HSU First Street Gallery in Eureka from 5:30-7:30.

The suggested donation is $50.00.  We will accept advance donations through February 28th.  After February 28th, payment may be made at the door. <Link to payment form

Wine and hors d' oeuvres will be served.  Dr. O'Toole will make his presentation at
6:00 and be available for socializing during the entire time.

We are very privileged to have Dr. O'Toole with us.  Dr. O' Toole received his Doctorate in Social Anthropology from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.  He was Chairman of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare's Task Force on Work in America.  He won a Mitchell Prize for a paper on economic growth policy.  From 1994-1997 O' Toole was Executive Vice President of the Aspen Institute and has also served as Chair of the Booz/Allen/Hamilton Strategic Leadership Center.

Dr. O'Toole is the Daniels Distinguished Professor of Business Ethics at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. O'Toole's research and writings have been in the areas of leadership, philosophy, ethics, and corporate culture.  He has addressed dozens of major corporations and professional groups, and has over one hundred published articles.

Funds raised will be used to attract and retain local students to the Business program, support Business student involvement in important educational activities, and support business-related enrichment activities.
