Here are the forms needed for application to the Brass Chamber Music Workshop.

Tuition total cost for 2013 is $385 for one week and $770 for two weeks.

The non-refundable deposit is $185 for one week or $370 for two weeks. If you send in your deposit before May 15, you will receive a $25 discount on tuition. The remaining fees may be paid during workshop registration on Sunday from 7-8 p.m. in the music building, Room 132.

Optional campus housing:
One week (Sun.-Fri., 6 nights): Single $372.88; double $330.68/person
Two weeks (Sun.-Fri., 13 nights): Single $783.64; double $692.64/person
