Here are the forms needed for application to the Brass Chamber Music Workshop.

Tuition total cost for 2012 is $375 for one week and $750 for two weeks.

The non-refundable deposit is $175 for one week or $340 for two weeks. If you send in your deposit before May 15, you will receive a $25 discount on tuition. The remaining fees may be paid during workshop registration on Sunday from 7-8 p.m. in the music building, Room 132.

Optional campus housing:
One week (Sun.-Fri., 6 nights): Single $362.13; double $320.13/person
Two weeks (Sun.-Fri., 13 nights): Single $761.39; double $670.39/person
