Financial Statements

The most recent audited and unaudited financial statements for Humboldt State University and any of its auxiliary organizations can be found on HSU’s Financial Reporting and Analysis website. The State of California requires the California State University (CSU) to have its financial information audited every year. The CSU meets this requirement by producing a combined financial statement. Each campus is required to provide the CSU with its campus data which is reviewed by auditors in the preparation of the CSU’s combined financial statement. The State requirement is not the same for the individual campuses. So effective with the year starting July 1, 2008, it has become the practice of the CSU to provide audited financial statements to individual campuses on a rotating schedule, every other year. Other Audits

HSU also receives Non-Financial Audits. All non-financial audits for Humboldt State University and any of its auxiliary organizations can be found on HSU's Financial Reporting and Analysis website. Those audits will be published by subject area and by the entity audited. Contact Financial Reporting and Analysis with questions.
