Center for Applied Sociology Analysis and Education (CASAE)
About Us
CASAE was founded in 1991 by faculty members at Humboldt State University, notably Jerry Krause (Professor Emeritus, Sociology) and Sing Chew (Professor, Sociology). CASAE was created as part of the new Applied Sociology track for the MA in Sociology. CASAE's current director is Judith Little (Professor Emeritus, Sociology).
If you have a question to be answered, we can help using data analysis. One of CASAE’s goals is to provide graduate students with real life opportunities to gain applied sociology experience within the community. Most of the research at CASAE is conducted by graduate students.
