Core Strength

March 25 - May 1

Core strength is a combination of core awareness, strength, balance, and flexibility. It will help improve muscle tone, increase strength and endurance, and increase range of motion in joints. This class is the perfect lunch time workout. All skill levels will find this class beneficial. 

Program Fee: 
Per Session: $20 HSU Students • $30 All Others OR Both Sessions: $35 HSU Students • $50 All Others
Drop-In Fee: 
$2 HSU Students • $3 All Others
Day and Time: 
Tuesdays and Thursdays • 12:15-12:45pm
