Teen Strength & Conditioning Program

Session II: July 14 - August 8

Open to all teen athletes, this program includes exclusive, individualized training in the areas of plyometrics, speed development, strength development, power development, agility, Olympic lifting and flexibility.

Program Fee: 
$80. Sign up for both sessions and receive $10 off the program fee.
Day and Time: 
Two training sessions available each day: either 1:00- 3:00pm or 5:00 - 7:00pm • Monday - Thursday
Location: 
Student Recreation Center • HSU
Notes: 
Age Limit: 13 - 19 years old
