An unconstitutional proposition. An unprecedented decision. An unforgettable show. An all-star cast from HSU and Humboldt’s local theatre community brings to life the court case that overturned Proposition 8 and made marriage equality the law in California—for now. Written by Academy Award-winning Dustin Lance Black (Milk and J. Edgar).  As performed from Broadway to Hollywood, the production is a staged reading (actors holding script, minimal staging). Admission proceeds go to the American Foundation for Equal Rights to support marriage equality for the expected court battles ahead.
