Professor Beth Wilson, Chair of Economics

Professor Beth Wilson developed research expertise with the popular economic impact software called IMPLAN. She uses IMPLAN on projects with students to calculate economic benefits on various proposals. Currently, she is working on the economic impact of the renovation of an historic theatre in old town Eureka. She is also offering her service learning course on rural economic development and her students are busy working on community development projects. Beth is also co-author of Apartment Rents and Locations in Portland, Oregon: 1992-2002.
