ERE Key Card Access - Electronic Request & Agreement Process

Engineering majors (undergrad and grad)--and non-majors taking ENGR major courses in the current semester--are eligible to request an ERE key card for 24-hour access to Science-D and the Engineering computer labs.  We have implemented an electronic request form we hope will make the process easier, as well as outline your privileges and responsibilities as a key card holder.  Please read on if you need an ERE key card...

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT ERE KEY CARDS:

- If you are a continuing Engineering major & recevie an ERE key card during fall semester, your card will remain active through the last day of the spring semester--you do not need to request a new card for spring.

- If you are are a non-major, your access card will only be active for one semester.  You will need to request a new ERE key card each semester you are enrolled in ENGR major courses.

- If you lose your ERE key card, please do not request a new one via the electronic form.  Instead, report the loss immediately to Plant Operations (corner of 14th and B Streets).  They will deactivate the lost card and issue you a new one.

If you believe you are eligible to receive an ERE key card and would like to request one, please begin the process by choosing the appropriate link (for majors or for non-majors) at the following site:

And, as always, if you have questions, feel free to contact the ERE department office.
