Housing and Dining Package Price includes a room with bed and bath linen packet with soap, shared bath, laundry facilities and a lounge, as well as 3 meals a day. (Sundays are brunch and dinner only.)
Payment MUST be received in advance for reservations to be confirmed. In case of cancellation, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund. Refunds will be made in 4 to 6 weeks. No cash refunds are made.
The Conference Desk is located on the 1st floor of the Jolly Giant Commons Building on Granite Avenue. The Desk is open to assist you from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Visitors may check-in between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Check-out is before 11 a.m.
Parking permits are required on the campus and may be purchased at check-in.
