2011-2012 Cut-Off Dates For Cost Recovery Work Requests

To help assure the completion of department cost recovery projects in a timely manner for the remainder of the fiscal year, the following cut-off dates and guidelines have been established.

Friday, March 30

All cost recovery work requests to be considered for completion with funds expiring June 30, 2012, must be received by Plant Operations' Work Control Center no later than Friday, March 30th. Work requests received after the March 30th cut-off date will be processed for completion with 2012-2013 fiscal year funding.

Friday, April 20

Cost Estimate letters and Time & Material authorization verifications will be sent to departments for approval by Friday, April 20th. Departments will also be notified by Friday, April 20th in the event Plant Operations is unable to complete an estimate, a design is required, or if a time & material request will not meet the 2011-2012 cost recovery cut-off date.

Friday, April 27

All approvals for cost estimates and time & material verification must be received by Plant Operations no later than Friday, April 27nd for work to be considered for completion with funds expiring June 30, 2012.

Tuesday, May 1

Work requests meeting the above deadlines will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. In the event Plant Operations is unable to schedule all work requested for 2011-2012 funding due to volume of work and timelines, departments will be notified no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2012

Friday, June 15

All work requests scheduled for completion with 2011-2012 funding must be completed by Friday, June 15th to meet the campus fiscal year cost recovery cut-off date.
