Description:
Leadership at Humboldt comes in many forms. However, whether your interest is in the business or non-profit sector, local or global issues, personal development or social change, this FIG is the perfect place to begin. This FIG focuses on self-assessment, leadership theory and skill development. The annual Leadership Conference, which is a part of this FIG, brings together an inspiring array of campus and outside leaders with a common emphasis on activism.
This FIG blends theory and practice through three classes: “Leadership in Theory and Practice” (3 units); Speech Communication (3 units); and Leadership Conference (1 unit).
