Option I: Saturday, August 24 (Beginning Road Cycling - Guests Welcome)
Option II: Sunday, August 25 (Mountain Biking)
This trip is a great way to acquaint cyclists with the biking trails located right behind campus. We will bike on redwood-lined trails adjoining HSU. Along the way, we will discuss other local riding areas, local riding ethics, and safety issues.
Program Fee: $20 includes guides, instruction, and energy bars.
Basic Equipment Needed: Mountain bike, comfortable clothing, and water. A helmet is required!
