Fishery Technicians

Fishery Technician jobs are available at the Solt Sea Farm, a sturgeon rearing/caviar production facility near Sacramento. There is quite a group of former HSU students working there. The facility is impressive, and the farmed sturgeon and farmed caviar take the heat off the wild populations of sturgeon.
