If you are interested in joinging a club or learning more about a particular club, please go to the Clubs & Activities website, do not fill out this form.  This is for active club members only.

Only complete this process one time per club.  Once you click submit, the system will bring you back to this page so you can register with any other club you may be a member of.  In order to participate in HSU sponsored clubs you must complete this web based form by providing the necessary information.  To complete the form you must acknolowedge that you have read and understand the information presented to you.  If you have any questions, please contact the HSU Clubs & Activities Office at 826-3776.
