Study Abroad Packets

Complete the relevant packet only after you have been accepted to the program.

Please bring the completed Study Abroad Packet and any additional required documents to the Study Abroad office before the first Pre-departure Orientation session.

Attendance at one orientation session is mandatory. Please see times, dates, and locations of the orientations on the home page.

Study Abroad Packet for students going on an HSU Study Abroad Programs:

Students participating in the Summer 2013 HSU Study Abroad programs will be using the on-line risk management forms.
