- Biology 308 explores how different cultures have used and influenced ecosystems.
- Ecotopia
- Environmental Science 308 is a study of the redwood ecosystem and its surrounding culture. This interdisciplinary class features many guest lectures and hands-on activities.
- Economics of a Sustainable Society
- Economics 309 seeks to interpret the meaning of sustainable economy and analyze domestic and international policies that are consistent with those ideas.
