Try a new veggie at The "J"

Past veggies of the week included organic yellow baby carrots, organic mache, arugula, radicchio, belgian endive, yellow fingerlings and purple potatoes, local leeks and rutabagas, jicama, and Diakon radish. These nutritious, delicious veggies were big hits!

Pulled Pork Sandwich, Tofu Burgers*, Nacho Plates, Italian Super Sandwiches, Fries*, Onion Rings, Fresh Broccoli*, Artichoke Casserole & Sandwich Bar

Dinner:

TriTip w/ Herb Butter, Mushrooms & Onions, Roast Pork w/ Fresh Sage, Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Shrimp & Couscous Jambalaya, Green and Yellow Zucchini*, Dinner Roll* and Gourmet Burger Bar.

Tuesday 5/14/13

Breakfast:

Wednesday 5/15/13

Sausage Patty, Chicken Apple Sausage, Hard Boiled Eggs, Breakfast Croissant, Breakfast Croissant w/ Meat, Waffle Sticks, Tater Barrels* and Malt-O-Meal*.

Lunch:

Chicken Tenders, Club Sandwich, Patty Melt, Portabella Pizza, Fries*, and Fresh Green Beans – Japanese Style* and Sandwich Bar

Depot - Salsa closes for the summer today!

Dinner:

Chicken Sesame, Veggie Stir Fry*, Sticky Rice*, Veggie Turnovers, Spinach Enchiladas, Beef and Broccoli, Corn* and Dinner Rolls* and Pasta Bar.

The J Grill closes tonight at 9:00 PM for the Summer.

Giant's Cupboard - Tonight is the last night for the Giant's Cupboard. They will close at Midnight for the summer.

Thursday 5/16/13

Breakfast:

Chorizo, Bacon, Breakfast Sausage Quesadillas, Breakfast Quesadillas, Eggo Waffles, Potato Slices* and Oatmeal*.

Lunch:

Meat Pizza, Veggie Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Chicken Taquitos, Vegan Taquitos, Spring Pasta ,Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup, Bruschetta* and Sandwich Bar

Dinner:

Chicken & Mushrooms w/ Hunter Sauce, Orzo w/ Garlic & Olive Oil, Yankee Pot Roast, Roasted Red Potatoes*, Black Bean Quesadillas, Vegetarian Tamales, Fiesta Rice*, Veggies*, and Dinner Rolls* 

Friday 5/17/13

Breakfast:

Pork Links, Linguisa, Farmer’s Casserole, Fried Eggs, Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, Hashbrown Triangles* and Cream of Rice*.

Lunch:

Rainbow Ravioli in Cream Sauce, Tempura Cod, Fries*, Grilled Portabella Sandwich w/ Artichoke Salsa, Black Bean Hummus, Garlic Bread, Broccoli* and Sandwich Bar 

Depot closes at 1:30 PM for the Summer

College Creek Marketplace closes at 5:00 PM

Dinner:

4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
