Our apartments and residence halls are located in a spectacular setting-on the edge of a 2500-acre Redwood forest-and yet just a short walk from the heart of campus. You can choose to live in any of our six different living areas. Each area is unique and provides you with a variety of options to meet your individual style and preferences.

Securing Your Spot

It is important to note that placement into specific living areas is done on a priority system. Priority is determined by the date we receive your completed application and initial payment. We do our best to place you in your area of preference; however, it is not always possible depending on the demand for a particular area.

System Requirements:

To be able to view the VR Tours of the Humboldt State residence halls you must have the following:

  • Internet browser Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, or Safari.
  • Flash 10 or above.

Navigating Panoramas:

Using the Basic Controls to view a panoramic movie: click and hold the mouse button down and drag across the image in the direction you want to look. In some of the images a "zoom" feature is available - You may zoom in and out using the keyboard as long as the mouse is over the panorama. Hold the shift key down to zoom in. Hold the control key down to zoom out.

Frequently Asked Questions

I only see a static image. How do I see all 360-degrees of the image?
Move your mouse over the image, then click and drag across the image in the direction you wish to see.
I don't have QuickTime. How can I view the online tours?
You will need to download the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website.
