Please note: Meal plans may be mandatory or optional, depending on the housing area you are assigned to.

First-Year Student Living Areas:

Canyon

Traditional residence hall. Eight buildings (Alder, Cedar, Chinquapin, Hemlock, Madrone, Maple, Pepperwood, and Tan Oak). Each houses approximately 50 students. All Access Meal Plan Required.

The Hill

Traditional residence halls (Redwood and Sunset halls). Each houses approximately 225 students. All Access Meal Plan Required.

Transfer & Continuing Student Living Areas:

Cypress

Suites. Each houses 7 to 12 students, totaling 231 residents. Cypress residents are required to purchase any one of the on-campus meal plans.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double
Meal Plan is Required
Bathroom Type: Communal or Private depending on the suite

Campus Apartments

54-unit complex. Home to 207 students. No meal plan required.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double
Meal Plan is Optional
Bathroom Type: Private with locking doors

College Creek Apartments

Four buildings (Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, and Mendocino) with 97 apartments. Houses 461 students. No meal plan required.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double, Bunk Bed Double
Meal Plan is Optional
Bathroom Type: Private with locking doors

Creekview

Four buildings (Fern, Juniper, Laurel and Willow). Each building houses around 65 students. The Fern and Willow Apartments house 5 to 6 students and feature a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. Residents must have any one of the on-campus meal plans in the apartments. The Juniper and Laurel Suites house up to 6 students and feature a kitchenette, living room, dining area, and bathroom. One of the All Access Meal Plans is required in the Suites.

Comfort Inn

A partnership with Cal Poly Humboldt and the Comfort Inn to expand affordable housing for students during the interim of our on-campus housing growing. Students will be housed double occupancy, with two beds in each room. Free amenities include weekly housekeeping services, daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, limited parking, and more!

The Comfort Inn offers 98 beds to call home.
