The Student Affairs Vice President shall be the chief advisor on student affairs to the President.

1. The Student Affairs Vice President shall chair the Associated Students
2. Student Affairs Committee.
3. The Student Affairs Vice President shall sit on the University Center
4. Board of Directors.
5. The Student Affairs Vice President shall sit on the Student Affairs
6. Directors Committee.
7. The Student Affairs Vice President shall sit on the Executive Committee.
8. Makes appointments to committees and boards for the Association with the consent of the A.S. Council by a 2/3 vote.
9. Serves as a member of the AS Council.
10. Vote on actions or decisions taken by the AS Council.
