Transfer Student Information

Application Process

Interested applicants should submit the following documents to International Student Admissions, at the address listed below:

1. Apply online at CSU Mentor (Recommended)

Required Supporting Application Materials

1. Application Fee of U.S. $55.00 (non-refundable)
   Can be paid online when applying
2. Financial Statement and Affidavit (PDF 68 KB)
3. Statement from Financial Institution verifying sufficient funds. Your original bank statements (and scholarship letters)--showing the minimum amount of funding required to study at HSU--must be dated within one month of the date you submit your application. We cannot accept bank statements (or scholarship letters) with earlier dates.
4. Official Transcripts of Academic Records (Translated to English)
5. Appropriate Test Scores
6. International Student Transfer Form (only if transferring from a U.S. school) (PDF 43 KB)
7. Verification of Non-U.S. Address (PDF 44 KB)
