As part of the ITS consolidation, desktop support is now under the User Support Services area of ITS (see Consolidated ITS organization chart). (PDF file)
While you will start to see some new names and faces in support, you can still call the same phone numbers, email the same addresses and use the same forms for support requests as you did last year. Plus, you can now also access the resources of the entire team by sending a message to email@example.com, opening a ticket, or calling the help desk at (707) 826-4357.
