October 25, 2011

Clicker and textbook orders for next semester must be placed with the bookstore by this date.

November 15, 2011

Software Requests due. Follow the instructions at http://www.humboldt.edu/labs-softwarerequests if you know you’ll need new software for next semester.

December 1-7, 2011

A major upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM (to version 9.0) will occur during the first week of December (tentatively December 1-7). During this time, the system (Student Center, Faculty Center, Human Resources, Payroll, Academic Personnel Services, Admissions, Advising, Student Records, Student Financial Services, and Financial Aid) will not be available. Updates to and from PeopleSoft HCM (such as PeopleSoft Finance (CFS), CashNet, and OBI) will be suspended during the upgrade.

Watch for additional communications, including a training schedule, as we finalize the details of the upgrade. We understand that this will have an impact on many people across campus, and we are working on a plan to minimize the length of time the system will be unavailable, as well as ways for you to access information during the upgrade.
