Wondering what projects ITS is working on? Curious about what projects are being considered?  Now the answers are just a click away at http://www.humboldt.edu/its/projects

As part of our move towards greater transparency, the IT Project Office launched this comprehensive web page with information and timelines for active, proposed, and completed projects, along with who requested them. The handy color-coding lets you quickly see the status of each project, and you can click through for more details. A quick scan will also solve the mystery of “whatever happened to…?”

Projects scheduled but not yet started wait behind the Pending Projects tab until they become Active, while projects closed more than 30 days ago are stored under the Archived Projects tab.

You’ll also see that some projects have a prioritization score. In these early days of the project prioritization process, these scores are a result of internal ITS testing of the scoring rubric. The first formal prioritization cycle starts this month, so by December you’ll see a lot more scores showing up here. Projects awaiting prioritization can be found on the Proposed Projects tab. Learn more about the project prioritization process at http://humboldt.edu/its/po-prioritization

We’d love to hear what you think about this process – please let us know!
