The Chief Information Officer (CIO) reports to both the President and the Provost, and serves on both the President's Executive Committee and the Council of Deans. The CIO holds university-wide responsibility for providing leadership for all aspects of campus information technology including academic and administrative technologies and their associated supporting infrastructure and services. The CIO's Office is HSU's principle point of contact with the California State University and external organizations regarding information technology issues and activities.
