Agenda Topic and Meeting Summary

1. Status Report

  • Bethany to coordinate testing of data dev site. The plan is to ask testers to ask them to come up with a data request they have been thinking of, visit the data dev site, and see if they can find it. 

2. Communication Plan

  • Joyce to send draft communication plan to Pat Bitton for editing.   
  • Present at the Executive meeting, Academic and Student Affairs Council, and A & R staff meeting. Post update to the Leadership team website, Institutional Research website, and the portal. 

3. Next Priority

  • Integrate data for HR, Student, and Finance, including the Student Data Repository (SDR). 
    A tech solution (tool) to span data sources is needed and ITS is looking into outsourcing. 
  • Develop high level data reports
    Set measures (red, yellow, green). Determine threshold that pushes data from one measure to the next. 
    Bring model to the executives and see what works for them. 
  • Create consistent terminology to aid in more consistent data results.
