Agenda Topics and Meeting Summary

1. Tag Reports with Categories

  • The categories have been refined. Please retag your reports

2. Subject Area Titles on datadev

  • The Subject Area titles need to match between the datadev Data Request Form and the Search Page. The following titles were agreed upon:
    • Student
    • Budget/Finance
    • Employee
    • Alumni
    • Other
  • A description will be included (glossary item) for each subject. The representatives for each group will provide this description to Dale Sanford.

3. Google Groups

  • Google Groups need to be created for each subject. Members should include listeners, gatekeepers, and dispatchers. The Enterprise Data Management team should be included as listeners on all Google Groups, edm_group@humboldt.edu.

4.Testing

  • Once DWLT completes testing, an external testing group will be established.

5. Next Meeting:
