This happens when you manually log out of a myHumboldt application and is part of single sign-on security. Manually logging out of certain applications such as Moodle and Gmail will require that you re-authenticate when you select another portal application, even if less than 45 minutes of inactivity have passed since you last authenticated yourself. This does not affect other applications you're logged into, including the myHumboldt portal itself.
If a class is full, you can get on a class wait list (if available). Scroll down to the Registration section on the Student Center home page and click on the Wait List Guide. You'll find information there on how to get on a class wait list and how to drop a wait listed class if you change your mind.
Is it Wednesday evening between 6pm and 10pm? If so, you'll just have to be patient. The Student center is down for maintenance from 6pm to 10pm every Wednesday evening to ensure everyone can access accurate information for the rest of the time. If it's not a Wednesday evening, you can check the status of the Student Center system on the System Status web page. If that's not the issue either, check with the Technology Help Desk at (707) 826-HELP (4357) during business hours.
This may happen if you use Safari as your web browser. Firefox works more reliably with the Student Center interface, so try switching browsers. If that doesn't work, contact the Technology Help Desk at (707) 826-HELP (4357)
