

Copy or Re-Use Existing Course | Create or Copy a Meta Course
Please note: this form is for use by HSU faculty and staff only. If you are a student, do not use this form. If you need help getting access to a Moodle site, please contact your instructor or the Technology Help Desk at (707) 826-HELP (4357).
If your course is a regularly scheduled HSU course or Extended Education course and you are the instructor of record in the
Account Center, a course shell is automatically set up for you around one month before the beginning of the semester. No action is required on your part.
If you need to set up a non-standard course (for instance, for a special project), you should complete the form below to request that a new, empty Moodle site be created. If you wish to re-use information from an existing Moodle course site, use the
Copy Request Form. When the new site has been created, you will receive an email with access instructions.
