The Human Resources (HCM) Data Mart consists of two main areas - employee position-related activity and payroll-related activity.
- Employee Data: Covered here are demographic and address data, position information, job data, compensation, and benefits. Measures include FTE and variations of compensation rate. Subject areas within the data mart are segregated between Faculty and Staff (which includes student workers, special consultants, etc.). All changes in status, rates, position, etc. are recorded over time.
- Payroll Data: This area contains payroll accounting information, also known as labor cost. Measures include salaries, wages and benefits, classified by chartfield string and organized by pay period and fiscal year.

If you do not yet have access to the reports you need, you'll need to complete an Access Request Form, have your manager sign it, and forward it to the ITS Project Office.
Once access has been authorized and you've taken the required online training course, you can log into OBI with your HSU User Name and Password.
