Turning Technologies’ Response Card RF and Response Card RF LCD are the standard clickers supported at HSU. Visually-disabled students may use the same company's ResponseWare software for laptops, which will read the questions to those students so that they can respond. We don't recommend using another vendor's devices, as this will result in students purchasing additional devices for no additional benefit. While seemingly-appropriate apps are available for smartphones and other mobile devices, we don’t recommend using such devices for clicker activities that will be graded because of the complexities of integrating a wireless, Internet-enabled, device into the mix.
