Who is affected:
Anyone trying to log into help.humboldt.edu
Affected in what way:
You will not be able to log in. You will see a message that the license key is not valid.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to create a ticket.
The KBOX was moved to a virtual environment over the weekend. It is now asking for a new license key.
The license key has been re-applied. A ticket with Dell will be opened to find out why the license key stopped working.
