Affected in what way: 
Users that have both primary and backup DNS servers configured (via DHCP) may experience pauses while trying to connect to web sites that are not on campus. (For Instance entering www.google.com in a web browser address bar may not connect.
Workaround: 
Your computer should switch to using the backup DNS Server. If you have no connectivity because you manually configure DNS verify that the alternate DNS 137.150.145.152 is configured.
